"Very disappointing experience — I would not stay here again We booked Paradise Lakes Motel through Expedia, but when we arrived late at night after driving from Melbourne, there was nobody at reception. We called the motel’s landline and the mobile number displayed at the property, but neither was answered. We couldn’t find another place to stay at that hour, so we had to wait until 6 am to check in. We then left at 11 am to continue driving to Canberra. The owner did not apologise or offer an...

"The cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Spa bath was nice, shower water pressure was average. TV wouldn't turn on- turning it off an of at the wall worked- weird but ok. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, would stay again. Easy walk into town for food."

"Very good central location close to clubs & shops. Large room with comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom in need of a deeper clean, some minor tile repairs and a soap dish in the shower but good hot water and water pressure and generally acceptable overall. Bathroom sink needs a note warning that the hot water gets very hot very quickly in case of a child using it and possibly getting burnt. Overall we had a nice comfortable stay."
