The towels were clean and thick. Really enjoyed our wonderful stay. Stayed here twice and was amazing both times. My kids loved it too. Very clean!!! Staff was all very kind and welcoming. "

"Overall average some good things and some opportunities for improvement. Arrival, checkin very smooth and upgrade was offered at no additional cost. Hotel is central located, but with being in the middle of the city. Waking distance to good restaurants and port area.
Some opportunities for improvements, Internet was poor even the premium very unstable, aircondition pretty noisy and couldn't be shut off. There were ants at room. But this should be fixable."

"Great location and that’s it - sorry, but it needs some work. It is NOT a 5 star hotel in my opinion - design need some work and it is not okay to say no to guests asking for a drink in the bar at 9 in the evening!! Then there was the noise.. Saturday night and a bar just around the corner- impossible to sleep. Then there was the key cards - we had to go down (after going up to our room) 5 times time have a new card because it didn’t work- guys pls fix, not okay. Nice and friendly staff"

We were invited to dine for breakfast as our room was being prepared which was a wonderful experience as we had just flew in 17 hours from the US. This was such an unexpected surprise as usually hotel staff would ask you to come back during check in. Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the dining room staff at breakfast each morning to the housekeeping staff who warmly wished us good day each time...

"Nyt og rent hotel. Ligger ok centralt, 5 min. gang ned til Queen St. og 10 min ned til vandet. Jeg tror togbanen går lige nedenunder, da man kunne høre nogle vibrationer med passende tidsinterval. Dog var det ikke noget som generede. Gode og komfortable senge. God morgenmad. Det var en lille buffet, men havde hvad den skulle. Chiagrød med mango puré, falafel, halloumi og Tzatziki var også en del af den lille buffet. "
"Billeder på nettet så meget fine ud- men realiteten var nu et helt andet. Sengen var blød, TV virkede ikke de sidste 2 dage. Køkkenet var slidt og har haft sine bedre dage. Der var relativt mørkt på badeværelset selvom lyst var tændt. Internettet var mega langsom, og man hoppede tit af, så man skulle logge sig ind igen. Morgenmaden var så tilfældigt god og personalet var smilende og flinke. "
