"Convenient overnight stop when visiting our daughter. Car park is large but there are lots of larger vehicles that double park making it tight for others. It's clean, comfortable bed, good shower but you can hear everything from surrounding rooms...sneezing, coughing, burping, snoring, use your imagination!!"

"Meget hyggeligt hotel med masser af charme. Venligt personale. Tydeligt, at lokale kommer der en fredag aften for at spise eller gå i byen. Det giver en hyggelig stemning. Det kan dog høres tydeligt, når folk står og snakker på gaden. Fin morgenmad."

"Lovely stay"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly OK, but the carpet had a hole in it and didn't quite reach the edge of the room, and I'm afraid I was rather put off by a long dark hair lying on top of the white pillow when I arrived. I would have appreciated the one cup in the room being replaced with a clean one after the first night. The ensuite shower room looked good with a large walk in shower and would have benefitted from a shelf in the shower area for shower gel. Breakfast...

"The Tollgate Inn was absolutely amazing! We hoped to stay at a traditional English Pub, and we got blown away 🤗 We stayed in the Cottage across the parking lot. A beautiful place with kitchen, parents bedroom, bathroom upstairs and a small yard with table and chairs. The food at the Inn was great. The atmosphere as well. We can only recommend a stay at this fantastic place. As others write, yeah - there is sometimes noise from the traffic, but the rest over rules that fact "

"Great pub with fab food. Lovely accommodation block with nice size rooms and facilities. Only down side for us would be beds are very hard, otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

"Super service og et meget hyggeligt værelse."

"Flinkt og imødekommende personale og lækker morgenmad 😊"

"Meget stemningsfuldt i fantastiske omgivelser. Fremragende service og meget lækker morgenmad."

"We were very disappointed. Lack of maintenance meant room was very poor. Room was vvv cold, we were given an extra duvet. Windows didn't shut properly. Bedside lamp didn't work. Shower head not fixed to wall. Room was small but we expected that."
