All this we addressed when checking out and was offered a refound of 25 percent which we accepted. We just never received the refund. Extreem poor staff at this hotel. No interest in the guests. Only 1 positiv comment. The location off the hotel is perfect..."

"Tja,man åbner døren lige ind i sengen, ikke meget plads til kufferten (godt vi kun havde 1) sengen ok. Toilet brattet sad helt løst. Udsug larmede vildt. Afløb i bruser var stoppet. Vi var der kun en nat, så det gik."

Also the spa is only open 8-10 morning or 7-9 evening otherwise it costs 100 punds xtra per day/head! this it not clear on the web. "
