The gentleman working around the pool area was absolutely wonderful. He was cheerful, helpful, and took the time to introduce all the hotel’s facilities in detail. He even helped me and my child improve our swimming technique. I’ve never met anyone who worked with such dedication and care.
The hotel offers great value, a varied breakfast with plenty of fruit, and very comfortable beds.

"We had a good time, and it was all possible because of our stay at the Hampton inn by Hilton Montreal-Dorval. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. The beds were excellent with good quality sleep and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

It wasn’t as friendly, clean, well equipped and didn’t feel like “home away”. Aloft never fails you .. I am reluctant to write this review cause I would hate the price to go up, but this place is a Gem !"

"This was a very quick stay as we pulled in late to grab a few hours before an early morning flight. I can say check in was fast, everything was clean, beds were comfy and the 4 am shuttle was on time."

"Room ok, but water faucet in bathroom didn't work (we asked them to fix it).
We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but no linens and and blankets for sofabed, i.e. guest 3 and 4.
After first night, we went out sightseeing, but when we came back, the keycards didn't work. same thing happened next day after breakfast.
To top it up, housekeeping forgot to refill coffee.
Sorry, but this is all things you'd expect to be in order and included in the price, not like this."
