Small Party Space w/ Oversized Deck/Yard & 3-bed/5 bath house

We can sleep 12 people before we bring out the air-mattresses. The main house is smoke free to keep it comfortable for all of our guests but the Party space and the deck are great for a smoke (Cannibus /Hookah) products are ok too - just be careful!

Our Social/Party space is a 2.5 car garage converted and fully remodeled in turquoise and purples with an epoxy floor, two code-locked entrances, HVAC, recessed LED color-changing lights (remote controlled), retractable ceiing fans and 2 powder rooms for your guests. This Social/Party space has a full wet bar, built-in seating, sink, cooling fridge, remote-controlled lights/tables (they light up and change colors) Bluetooth speakers, 4K Ultra HD 65" TV, JBL Party speakers and a small stage w/ a dance pole. Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette/birthday parties. The HotSpot Party Garage will seat 22 people and plenty of space to move the tables and dance the house down.

The rear yard is fenced with lights atop the fence posts. A fire pit, hammock and 650sf deck is in the backand wrap around the house set the scene for fun times with your guests. The house is on a double lot and is perfect for a tent to expand your party in the summer time. I am waiting for someone to play volleyball - if so, send us pictures. We have hosted small weddings, corporate retreats, office parties, filming projects (cooking shows, music videos) bachelors/bachelorette parties, gender reveals, networking events and so many others.

This space is available for filming, commercials and daytime rentals as well - just let us know what you need..

There is parking on site - at the street and behind the gate in the rear of the building. There are bus-lines along Woodward Ave at the corner and approx 100 feet is the Northbound bus-stop; but I would recommend a car or Ride-share as downtown Detroit is about 12-15 minutes by street and downtown Royal Oak is 7-10 minutes by street (freeway is even faster).

Wanna see a game - the Lions, Tigers, Pistons and Redwings are a 10$ Uber ride away - its much more cost-effective to stay with us and catch a ride. Uber rides to the stadiums and Fox Theater are approximately $10.00.

We welcome small events however, this residence is in a neighborhood so parking attendants are required if more than 20 guests are expected. We will assist you with reasonably priced security/parking support.

It is much more cost-effective to ride-share than to even drive your own car and park downtown. Sporting events are from $25-$60 and Uber is approximately $10.00.
We respect our guest's privacy but we have an Airbnb host who resides on the same street - just a call away and less than 1 minute away.
****PLEASE NOTE**** Smoking is only allowed on the rear outside deck and patio and the Party Space. Smoking is not allowed within any portion of the main house. Thank you for respecting this request as we will charge a $500.00 cleaning fee otherwise.
