Open loft space with one queen bed and two Twin XL beds, plus a Smart TV—great for families or groups traveling together.

This home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for group stays. Not a luxury property, but a well-maintained Detroit home in a convenient location.

The maximum capacity for this house is 10 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host`s discretion.

Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250).
