"House was perfect for our long Fourth of July weekend in Vegas. Super spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard patio was really nice to hang out in the morning before hitting the strip, which was only 10 minutes away. Would love to stay here again in the future."

"Everything was exactly as they said. We needed to extend our days because we became very ill and they accommodated us. They brought us water, coffee and fruits. They showed concern for us out of towners, which was very nice. These people are not only excellent hosts but they're excellent people.. we would stay there again."

"I was supposed to get check in code on May 31st and I didn't receive it until the day of check in on June 3rd like an hour before I was supposed to check in. The router was unplugged, I didn't know, so I tried reaching out for hours with no response. Finally answered once I stated it was an emergency for school. The house wreaked of dirty cat box and poop. The mattresses are cheap, there are no pans for the oven, ice maker and water maker in fridge doesn't work. Bbq was so rusty I didn't even...

"This house is well maintained, comes nicely stocked, and the host is very good at communication. We stayed a group of 10 and slept very comfortably and spaced out. The kitchen has plenty of room for meal prep. The pool was the best feature in July (and the really good AC). there are signs letting you know about streaming services, wifi, misc rules, but none are annoying. I would recommend this house to an group looking to stay near Vegas, but not on the strip. "

"The property is very clean and well stuffed. We found everything we need in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to grocery stores. The owners is very responsive with communications. Internet is fast. We will rent it again if we go to Las Vegas in the future."

"My husband retired after 20 years in the Air Force last week and we chose this house to host a large number of the family that came to town to celebrate (we live in town.) It could not have been better. It was impeccably clean and all set up and organized to host lots of guests of all ages. The pool and pickleball were a huge hit as was the game room. It was stocked and outfitted with everything you’d need (the double ovens were clutch for us.) Could not be happier with our stay. "
