"Wonderful rental. Apartment was very clean. Excellent gym and common area. Parking simple and straight forward. Would absolutely stay again! I do have to mention one drawback, it is a place that requires an additional signup that includes uploading your ID and providing a card online. The process was less than ideal and the service they use was problematic. Make sure you account for the additional hassle. However, once we were in the rental, it was absolutely worth the initial problems."

"The property location was perfect for us and the outdoor communal areas worked well for our toddler to safely play. The apartment was mostly clean, with a few questionable splatters of who-knows-what found on the bathroom door and refrigerator. Considering we had a full week stay, it would have been convenient to have more cleaning supplies than a single roll of paper towels and a broom. (A vacuum would be especially helpful). It is unclear if the upstairs neighbors are permanent residents, but...

"This was such a cozy little studio, perfect for what my boyfriend and i needed! The host was wonderful, and was able to respond quickly when i had a question. Your close enough to everything you need, yet far enough away that you cant hear the noise from the strip. From checking in, to checking out everything was perfect. I definitely would recommend booking your next stay here! Especially if you dont want to pay ridiculously high fees like you would at a hotel! I will definitely book another...

"Amazing location and property! So close to beaches and the parks plus a terrific place to have our dog with us- we felt very welcome. The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated with everything you might need. We will stay here every time we’re in Crescent City if it’s available! "

"Super fun little town and what a great place to stay…close to everything! Plenty of space in the apartment for our family. Sitting on the deck and looking at the view of the valley was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to walk from the rental to all the shops and neat things to see in Jerome. Cottonwood for groceries and Clarkdale for a train ride were just a short drive away. We loved our stay at the Kachina Verde! "

This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location."

The property is great for lounging and walking around, there’s the most incredible night skys, and Rich and Donna are the kindest hosts, quick to answer questions and they went above and beyond, making us feel like family. La Grande is a short drive away for any needs and for restaurants. We truly plan on going back because this is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. "
