"Pool was unclean and water slimy, there were no towels and hotel staff was unconcerned when requesting towels. The rooms had unclean countertops and floors. The staff spoke kindly however were not very attentive and constantly another areas chatting or on their phones not attending the front desk. We had pizza delivered and the staff said they'd notify us and didnt we had no idea for almost 40 minutes our pizza sat at the front desk and was left unattended. The hallways, pool and common...
