"I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...

"Amazing stay. This property has EVERYTHING - we never left the Mariner's Landing property. Golf was good. Pools were excellent. Outdoor hot tubs were great. Tiff's restaurant was amazing and just downstairs. Had a little beach that the kids loved. Brought our dog and enjoyed lakeside walks. Condo was spacious and clean and the balcony view was top notch. The little touches like the removable velcro mirror pushed this property over the top! LOVED IT AND WILL STAY AGAIN!"

"This was the perfect stay for us! Great little efficiency apartment in the best location. The pool, hot tub and laundry in unit were spectacular. The restaurant “Tiff’s” and the little market located within the building make it feel absolutely like a resort and both had really great food. The owner, Lenora, was so kind and patient with us even as we returned late to check out. I’ve never made that mistake before and she was so understanding & sweet. Thank you so much for a great weekend! "

"This was a great place to stay. My wife, myself, and my 2 teenage kids all had a place to sleep without me having to get 2 hotel rooms.
