"We went for our honeymoon. The room was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and snacks. There was a lot of board games in the room and a small kitchen area with a dishwasher. The building was secure and there were many amenities available. We spent most of our time on the water and dining out at several of the local restaurants."

"I was expecting to walk into a clean rental. The check in process was easy. But once I walked in I quickly noticed the bed was left the same way as the previous renter left it. Dirty sheets. bathroom.and noticed a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The trash was not emptied either. No one has been there for 4 days to clean. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a host on VRBO. when I messaged her the night I arrived,I got no response and still haven't. Do not rent this condo. "

"This one berm condo is tastefully furnished, well laid out, and very well equipped. Judy is a great host- informative, polite and timely. While the condo is on the first floor, the balcony is up one level that provides privacy and a nice elevated view of Craddock Creek, with Smith mtn as the backdrop. Overall great accommodation ! "

"The room was so much smaller in person than it seemed in the photos. Honestly, I didn't have an issue with it, but my sister thought it was awful and that I should have researched way more. LOL. She's so picky. So just as an FYI, unless you are a travelling couple, this is not the ideal room. I think my mistake was that I was last-minute shopping and thought I read something in this listing but it was another listing and got mixed up. I was thinking this had multiple rooms. "Perfect place to stay on Smith Mountail Lake. Walking distance to any lake activity you would want plus one of the best restaurants around. Very clean with terrific communication with owner. Only note is even though occupancy says for 4, it is really 2 adults, 2 children. We Intended for 4 adults to stay and had to make other accommodations for 2nd couple. Will definitely rebook if we have another house overflow issue. "

"We enjoyed a long weekend at SML from the condo. Very easy in and out of the condo. Location and amenities were great. We enjoyed walking to dinner at Napoli's on the Lake and utilized the hot tub and fitness center. "

"This is a very nice location and the view is perfect. You do have to take your garbage to the dump at the end of your stay which was a first for us staying at vrbo. Keep that in mind. Hopefully you have room in your car and the garbage doesnt stink. The walk to and from this unit to your car is a bit far, but there is an elevator to get to the 1st floor. The lake view is perfect, beds comfortable. Overall, nice stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house while in town for my sister’s graduation. Coincidentally, it was also my birthday and our 14th wedding anniversary that same week, which made the trip even more special. On our last evening, we enjoyed a peaceful barbecue on the lovely deck, overlooking the serene lake—a perfect way to end our stay.The house was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.
