"It started out like it was going to be bad experience. Stayed at the front desk for 20 minutes before i was helped, that was after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the phone that was left at the desk with a note that said call for assistance.
Our room was not in the best condition. The ceiling was falling apart from some water stains, The drywall tape and paint on the ceiling was coming off, due to water damage. The base of the lamp was very dirty. The shower curtain had mold all...
"Probably the worst Holiday Inn Express … I checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned and it was ex difficult understanding what the lady checking me in was saying. The pool was nice though. "
