"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"

"I don’t even know to describe this stay aside from heaven on earth, at least for us. Rooms are fabulous, the setting is wonderful. It’s still being built, that wasn’t an issue for us at all but could be for others. Come with food as it’s very remote but has a wonderful kitchen, there is a small farm shop if you get stuck."

"Paz was fantastic. Very hospitable, friendly and helpful. I love the breakfast setup where we interact with other guests and Paz. The property is absolutely beautiful inside and outside very and lovely. It's cozy, comfortable and clean. There are nice front and side porches with cozy seating and a swing. There's also 10-15-people gazebo with light and fireplace made out of a silo. Super beautiful and Instagram-worthy. The neighborhood is walkable with golf course right in front of it and...

"A lodge that shows its age but room was clean, the water and cooling worked well, refrigerator and microwave worked well, and beds were super comfortable. Slept great. To the north Salida is about 11 miles. South are a couple other food locations, i.e. Dusty's Roadhouse."

"The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir "

"This property is NOT as advertised. It is basically an abandoned motel with gravel areas that RVs could park at. Dirty room, stained bedding, beds missing sheets, not adequate towels, amenities not provided that were listed as being there, no people anywhere. Pictures online must have been taken years ago. Rundown, no small store, no water nearby of any sort…"
