"We have stayed here twice in the last month. We traveled from GA to watch our son play baseball at Louisville Slugger Field. It's always a nice stay, and everyone is so friendly. There is plenty to do around this location and all within walking distance. We always love our stay at Residence Inn Louisville Downton, Kentucky."

"I Think Galt is an OK Old-timers hotel. Nothing special and here is the issue - they believe they are special - but at Best impossible Big with to many facilities or at worst out sourced francises with no quality control. I bought myself breakfast at Walkers Exchange - great coffee, rest delivered back at a full 26 dollar charge - leaving a huge hotel in an empty stomach of course doesn’t improve your already so-so experience - so ok hotel - ok surrounding, but not worth the price and zero...

"This motel was very clean. Fresh vases of flowers in several locations filled the areas with lovely scents. The breakfast was good, varied and hot. I am the only one who complained about their bed, but the pillows were great. The was no hall/other room noise, but it must be close to a fire station, as we heard many emergency vehicles on the street. I would definitely stay here again."

I bought myself breakfast at Walkers Exchange - great coffee, rest delivered back at a full 26 dollar charge - leaving a huge hotel in an empty stomach of course doesn’t improve your already so-so experience - so ok hotel - ok surrounding, but not worth the price and zero internal quality control in my mind. Will I be back - NO!"
