Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned.
Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin. Prewrapped sausage egg biscuits and muffins. No batter for waffle makers. On our last day, there was nothing for breakfast.
The only ice machine they had was out of order. We managed to get some ice out of it before it melted. We had to buy ice.
A room near/next to ours kept playing loud music. My husband complained a couple times but the music stopped before they could figure out where it was coming from. At one point, we pounded on the wall to the room next door. It stopped. However they played it several times a day. One time, it was 7:15am.
