"I'm sorry to disagree with some of these other reviews. I was unimpressed with this hotel. The room had a slight musty odor, and the bed was a bit outdated and somewhat saggy. Loved the good hot shower though, with lots of pressure. Please take some of the renovation money you are spending and buy a new toaster for the breakfast area!"

"The nightstands on either side of the King bed were pretty awful. Quite small, too small to rest glasses, a book and a phone. Top of nightstands much too high above bed (about 12"), so person in bed needs to reach far up and sharp corners of stands could injure a person that falls against them. Nightstand lamps too dim for application, and too high up, can't reach switch from bed. Awkward clothes hanger rack and ironing station stuck back in corner of room behind large chair, would be hard to...

"This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh...
