"Exactly as advertised. Host was so responsive. We had an issue upon check in with a critical item that was broken; the hosrlt responded to our message within minutes, and it was replaced the next morning. Unit was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped - everything we could possibly ask for! Will definitely stay here again for future trips!"

"This is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed. It was especially helpful with our 8 month old baby that they provided a crib, highchair and baby gate. The kitchen had everything we needed and it doesn't hurt that the decor is really nicely updated. Christina and Mike sent us recommendations for things to do in the area and they were very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend!"

"We highly recommend this vacation home. We enjoyed our stay at the property and appreciate the communication with the owners and the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were extra blankets and pillows and restrooms were well stocked. The only issue we had was when we ran out of pellets bbqing dinner. "The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay."

"So fun and so great. Short drive from Safeway and prices aren’t so bad if you give them your phone number at checkout and apparently that’s all it takes to get “member” pricing. The bed in the bedroom by the door was miserably hard and no pillow top either. All the other beds were great. The loft was so fun for our 7 year old. Windows everywhere and such a great view no matter which way you look. We did encounter a pretty big bear while trying to throw away the rest of our trash but he was busy...

"Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. "
