"The location was convenient for shops and beaches, but the orientation of the home during the warm season was such that the patios were quite hot in the evenings when we returned from the lake. There is a strict rule to not be outside past 9pm, when the patio and lights were lovely. The cottage was well appointed and clean. The couch and beds were comfortable. "This cabin was a fantastic find, and we highly recommend it. Thank you to the management company and the homeowners for sharing such a welcoming space with visitors. We would absolutely stay here again!"

We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2. "Stayed June 2025 for 1 week. Home is centrally located in Kings Beach. Everything accessible by foot. Very quiet day and night. Home was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every night BBQing. Would definitely stay again. Our host was amazing and very responsive to my several questions before and during our trip. "

"We enjoyed our stay right on the shores of Lake Tahoe. The home was clean and comfortable (beds were very comfortable), and the views were so perfect, they didn't even look real. The house was well-stocked. The sauna was incredible, as well! "The property was nice for sure and very comfortable. Pros, back looks out to a very peaceful meadow with trees so you really feel like you’re in the mountains. Cons, a little maintenance was needed as the patio table was broken and the bbq was locked up so wasn’t able to use the first night. Easily fixed though. Overall we enjoyed the property. "

"We booked this fairly last minute for our family of 4 and dog. The property is spacious and has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom with twin beds in the attic. The home has an old cabin feel and had stains on the carpet. Kitchen was quite usable and well stocked. On the downside, the driveway into the property is steep and was hard to get in and out of with the snow and ice. "Wow! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Updated, comfortable and well stocked and what a fabulous location just steps away from the beach and the Hyatt.
