The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to...

"My vehicle was backed into right in front of the building. I requested footage of the parking lot and never heard from any employee. I am super frustrated with this situation and can’t believe a Marriott doesn’t have parking lot cameras."

"The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. "
