"This place is amazing! I came for only one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay as the rooms provide many more amenities than a traditional hotel room. The property is extremely clean, quiet and so retro cool maintaining a lot of the original 1950’s vintage feel of the original motel. "

"Great location and wonderful space! Will definitely stay again"

"House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. "

"Charming apartment with great amenities located in an older building in downtown Dover. Perfect size for a family of 4, and plenty of great food options were within walking distance. With 2 runners in the family, also enjoyed use of Dover's recreation trail (entrance in the train station parking lot)."

"The place was overall fine however there was some necessities and standards that were missed. Upon arriving our towels and bathmat were still absolutely wet (clean). We enjoy the ability to make our own food but it makes it extremely difficult when you are provided extremely blunt knives, no dish towel, no dishwashing soap or brush.Other sparingly things provided 1 extra TP roll 1 extra trash bag only sun chair.The the place is very nice and the view is incredible and we enjoyed having our own...

"The apartment was lovely and in a great area. It is on the second floor and the stairs up are very steep with narrow steps. This might be an accessibility issue. We had a great time. "

"The location was good and the property was nice. My rental was on the second floor but I had to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the first level and another flight to get to second. At my age (77) I don’t do stairs well when I have to carry my stuff up two flights! That’s my problem not the property’s. The only other thing that I found unpleasant was that there was no storage and very cluttered with the beach chairs and boogie boards at the door and vacuum and mops in the corner of the...

"Very clean and comfortable apartment! All the comforts of home!"

"I enjoyed my stay with this Air B &B. The hosts were very kind and it is a very relaxed quiet place. The entry way is a bit cluttered so it does have a very casual effect. If you stay here be aware there are many dogs. That was a plus for me! The rooms itself was casual and had clean sheets and towels. As long as you are expecting a New England vintage home it is very enjoyable. "
