"We booked this property last minute for a beach stay! It is 1 block from the beach which is convenient. Parking was easy under the condo. The condo was very clean with most amenities available. The sofa bed was ok in a pinch or for small kids that don't mind the lumps. Otherwise, bring an air mattress and you'll be fine. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"Truly amazing and perfectly named "sunkissed". The sunrises and sunsets from both the front and the back were amazing. Took 1 star away for the entry. The process should be easier to get into the gate. Like a passcode to enter at the gate entrace. Maybe something to talk to the association about. We did run into other renters and they agreed. Once we got into the parking lot the condo was beautiful, clean and the bed you melt in. If you need a firm bed sleeping on the sleeper sofa is perfect for...

"We had a marvelous stay at this Oceanside condo for the 4th of July weekend. The location is just steps away from the beach, prime parking and panoramic views from the condos porch. The condo space is modern, well-maintained and extremely clean. The neighborhood was welcoming and family friendly. John is a terrific host who communicated all the details for our stay clearly and answered any of our questions in a timely fashion. Highly recommend for your next beach escape! "

"Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!"

"Cute room with very responsive renters! Building had very nice people staying throughout. Loved the little beach across the street, not crowded. My 8 year olds tolerated the 15-20 minute walk to the strip. We were a bit bummed being in north Hampton but fell in love with it and plan to come back!"
