"My husband and I and our three adult children stayed for two nights while we were in town visiting friends. It was very clean with a lot of room and perfect for our stay. The hosts were very communicative. We had lunch at the restaurant below and the food was really good. Definitely recommend! We will for sure stay here again the next time we come to visit our friends. "

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"Property manager was super easy to get into contact with and amazingly accommodating (we were traveling with a boat and trailer in addition to our vehicle). We had no issues at all, but I could see how one may be “confused” for getting to the location/door *IF* they did not read the instructions correctly - I know how some people are about skimming the content sometimes… don’t do that and you’ll be perfectly fine! "Our place was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. We only used it for sleeping but looked like the kitchen was well equipped. The fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if climbing stairs is not a problem. One of our party counted 37 stair steps."
