"House was great and just what we needed. We had 8 people and more than enough room with 2 beds we didn’t even use. You’re able to walk straight to the water from the house. We’re all in decent shape and had no issue but I could see some would maybe need to drive a short, less than 1/2 mile, to the beach access in Morgantown. "

"The house was exactly as described. it was in an excellant location for us, in between all the items we wanted to see. The house sits right on the Perdido Bay, so relaxing listening to the waves when it was windy.We are actually thinking about going back to area, just becase of Hart's Cottage. It was so relaxing."
