"The check-in process was flawless, our unit could have been a bit cleaner (the kitchen floor could have used a good sweeping under the kitchen table). All the "notes that were left around were nice and very helpful, I wish there would have been one that said you can only use the air conditioner in one room at a time though (it took some effort to figure that one out). Overall, our stay was great. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars and would stay here again. :)"

"We came to visit with family and see the sights. Had a great time visiting Manitou Springs, Denver Aquarium, Garden of the Gods, etc. This was our first VRBO. Austin was an excellent host. Answered all our questions promptly. The unit was very spacious and included a hot tub (used often) and a grill. We will look for this unit on our next visit"
