"Great place, friendly staff"

"The hotel was short staffed which caused there to be no cleaning of our room on our 4 day/3 night stay. Very good breakfast but with their being limited staff for such a big hotel it caused there to be a lot of shortages in food. I’m not a high maintenance person and appreciated the competitive prices but if your someone that can’t do with short comings you may stay somewhere else."

"This is the first time I have ever felt led to leave a review on a place if that tells you anything... There was food under the bed (not from us), the shower floor was dirty (we wore shoes to shower), the sink had built up dirt underneath where the countertop came over it, the curtains had massive stains on the backside, the bedskirts had stains, the windows had no screening (you could see straight in), the AC made the clothes I laid out in front of it wet, the walls had all different colors in...

"We actually chose this hotel because of the hot tub. It turns out it is out of order until June. I asked the reception and they said it was notified on the website - not their problem if hotels.com didn't receive the info. Also the microwave didn't work and the aircon did noise a awful lot. A stay with mixed feelings."

"Other than 1 mishap of not having a shower curtain, it was hastily dealt with and I had a great 2 nights there. Very convenient location near Frost Bank Center and Freeman Expo Hall."
