"I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. Id expect better cleanliness and standards for this trip. I also disliked when the staff on the island said i needed to pay...

"We really liked that the staff was so helpful, friendly and outgoing especially to their non spanish speaking guests. The food was awesome, the beds so comfortable, the surroundings quiet and the views unbelievable. "

"Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water. The accommodations are very simple but comfortable. Shared bathroom that was kept very clean. A great place to get away from it all. The ride through the mountain was very potholy and winding so if you get carsick definitely come prepared."

"Please fix my Expedia mobile app. It hasn’t worked for several days. The error message says the problem is at Expedia’s end. I have reported this issue by phone but nothing is being done."
