Billige hoteller i Det østlige centrale Iowa

"There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again."

"The place was decent for the price and the location is good. The issue is that the staff doesn't understand English. Night clerk nor housekeeping could assist us properly. We had a small dog and inquired about the pet fee. The night clerk couldn't tell us and said don't worry about it. In the morning as we were leaving the day manager was harassing my elderly parents while they sat in the lobby waiting for me to load the car. When I told him to stop and what the night clerk said he proceeded...

"Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room."

"Our room was clean and the accessories were fine. The only negative I found was the trash receptical at the outdoor gazebo was overflowing,. Other than that parking was adequate and the facility as very nice."

"Hotel was worn out. Room had stains in carpet, and mattresses were squeaky. Wood surfaces in the elevator were worn and damaged. Overall the property just looks work out and needs an update."
