"5 weeks Nov/early Dec. Breakfast on balcony nearly every morning Well equipped Kitchen nice eating place and sitting room. We really enjoyed our stay. We followed progress on neighbouring building plot during our 5 weeks stay. Can highly recommend the house and friendly landkort."

"Alles wie online beschrieben. Wunderschöner Meerblick von jedem Zimmer durch die rund ums Haus gezogene Terrasse. Alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Küche komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sonnenliegen sowohl auf der Terrasse, wie auch einige Treppen oberhalb am wirklich schönem Pool. Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und informativ. In ca 10 min kommt man zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohngegend ist sehr angenehm und Parkmöglichkeiten sind bequem vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Katzen die...

"Ten of us had one week in this beautiful villa. It was perfect. There is so much space. The pool is wonderful, games room is fab and the pool bar is ideal. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa."

"I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house...

"We had a good stay in the appartment. It wss central to walk to the main city and all interesting locations. A great plus was the own garage in the house. Parking is a little bit tricky in some areas because of narrow streets and one-way streets. Would recommend it again"

"We were five teenagers and six grown-ups. The place was super for the youngsters with the lovely pool outside and the sport-activities inside. We dined at the long table on the terrace and relaxed in the deckchairs. The children watched a football match on the big screen outside. One of the boys even slept there. "Great space, pool fantastic, location just what we wanted"

"Fantastic property with amazing views of the bay below. Lovely outdoor terrace area with good sized pool and BBQ. The interior is beautiful with very well equipped kitchen and living areas (our teenage son loved the gym and the home cinema set-up!). Cotobro beach is accessed via steep steps from the property and Almuñecar is a 25 min walk. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival and Esperanza was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a family...
