"The room was large and clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly. It was a great central location to enjoy beautiful northeast Iowa and all the quaint towns. They had a few nice areas; a big central balcony, a picnic area and breakfast area, for a group to gather. There were some run down areas: the parking lot, the fitness room and the game room. No elevator. The area does not offer great eating options."
"The property is beautifully maintained with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. We also had a whirlpool tub in our King suite room which was a pleasant surprise.
The property is conveniently located in Fayette so there is easy access to towns and sites in the Driftless region of Iowa."
"Our bathroom was dirt, shower floor had dirt and hair, 2 of the 3 bath products were completely empty. Room was very damp. Front desk was super friendly and very helpful."
"Our accommodations were perfect for what we needed. After a late evening in Dyersville at the Field of Dreams, having enjoyed a baseball game, it was refreshing to arrive at this hotel. Upon entering it smelled clean which was comforting. It was tastefully decorated, very homey feeling. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious & sufficient. The staff was very helpful at all times."
"The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. We only stayed one night for a family event and rented two king rooms. The breakfast was pretty average for most hotel buffet breakfasts but good. The hotel is next to a major road however I didn’t hear any road noise or actually any hall noise either. We did not check out the pool or hot tub."
