"The property was perfectly located right off the 101. Clean and spacious just like the pictures. The owner provided everything we required for the kitchen and grilling out. They provided all linens, towels and pool towels. The bedrooms were large and everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. The management group is very responsive. We had one issue resetting the oven and they had someone out there quickly to resolve the issue.We have stayed in quit a few vacation rentals...

"The issue we had was with the hot tub. I was very upfront with the property manager that operation of the hot tub was very important to us. He was good at communicating but couldn’t not or would not fix the problem. The biggest issue was that the hot tub would only heat to 99-100 even though the thermostat was set at 103-104. Additionally the hot tub would empty around 6:30-7 in the morning on it own and after filing it would take 1-2 hours to re-heat. That’s a problem when you specifically ask...
