We were in Arizona for my son’s soccer tournament in Phoenix/Scottsdale and the location of the house was perfect, as it was no more than 10-15 minutes to the fields. There were also lots of restaurants near the property but the house was away from the chaos of the business district. In fact, the house is in a really quiet part of town. "My friends and I stayed there in early part of September 2025. We enjoyed the home so much. A lot of space to spread out but a lot of areas to be together. Mark was a wonderful communicator and great host. It was fun staying a mansion in the desert with cool views and amazing views at night of the stars. The beds are all comfortable. Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to enjoy a fun week to get away. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Bonita Vista. The house was huge and accommodated all seven of us very easily. The backyard area is amazing. The pool, the hot tub all the games that are on the patio. And the sunset deck was amazing. Every night we went up and watched the desert look like fire The house needs some sprucing up, but for a long weekend it was wonderful."

"My sister and I were in the Scottsdale area to celebrate her 65th birthday by attending a three day Christian Music Concert held at nearby Highlands Church. This home was ideally located within the gated community of Grayhawk, a short drive not only the church, but restaurants grocery stores etc. Prior to, making the commitment to rent the property, I had a couple questions for Kate and we had a small issue with the washer during our stay. Hpwever, in both instances Kate was quick to respond....

"We loved everything about this property, inside and out. There is a ton of space, and it is all beautifully furnished and decorated. We had our 2 older teenage sons with us, and between the pool, pickleball, basketball and golf, nobody was ever bored. The house is 5-10 minutes from everything. It was a bit expensive considering we were only a party of 5, but we could have had twice as many people stay comfortably. We would love to stay again."

"We had such a great stay at this Scottsdale VRBO! What really stood out to me, as someone with allergies, was the kitchen. It had absolutely everything I needed to cook for myself and my family – all the right pots, pans, and utensils. We even put the coffee maker, blender, and toaster to good use!
