"At check-in the clerk suggested we use a specific entrance to the Arden Bldg. It had stairs but no ramp and yet I was hobbling around (and obviously) using a cane. Then, the Arden Bldg had no elevator so we hiked to the adjoining bldg to use that one but it was broken. Had to lug items up the stairs and half-way down the hall of our building. Later realized there was a ramp on the other side of the bldg with a ramp, but he never mentioned that. There were no luggage carts available (at 3 pm,...

"Check in went smooth, and the rooms were already done upon arrival since we came from Hayward, so wasnt to sure if the rooms were ready for us. Nice breakfast here as well, cofffee, tea, and water station all day long at the lobby which is good service for the guest ! To bad they charge for the parking here $11 pr. Day shld be complimentary however, but thats my opinion where many hotels nearby offers free parking. "
