"It’s a cosy little cabin in the middle of eureka. The check-in instructions were clear and precise. I was in town for a reunion so I really only used it for sleeping. I didn’t cook. It was perfect for a solo traveler; might be a bit tight for a couple. The best part for me was the location —- close to Harrison and Harris and Henderson and H Street. Very affordable and much quieter than Broadway."

"Awesome cozy house in Arcata. This was one of our stops from our roadtrip up to Oregon from Los Angeles. After staying in cottages in Carmel and Mendocino it was nice to have the relaxing feeling of a house. Our dog enjoyed the yard a lot for roaming. Hope to return. Highly recommend if you are considering staying here."

"The place was clean and bedding comfortable. The 2 bedroom listing was a bit deceiving, the 2nd bedroom also includes the kitchenette, dining area and no living or lounging space. The space was very tiny and cramped. The 1 bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was in there. There was only 1 window and it was high on the wall. The outdoor space was very small. For me it felt a bit claustrophobic and not worth the price we paid."

"The room was very dirty, the floor as well. The ironing board cover was dirty. The only clean place was the bathroom and refrigerator. I was expecting clean towels every day and never asked if needed. I never saw the cleaning staff. I was expecting some kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well, but nothing. It was the WORST STAY ever!!!!"
