"Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path. "

"Our host was very accommodating, helpful and responsive! Great views! We had 3 couples in our party and thought we would be fine with the 3 bedrooms, but the bunk room was really small and best suited for kids and not an adult couple with suitcases. The house is well maintained. We will stay again but with 2 couples next time. "

"There are several positive reasons to choose this property when looking for a place to stay. One of these include the location. You are far enough out of town to be away from bunches of people yet close enough to easily access places you’ll want to such as groceries, gas, restaurants and shopping. "I booked this location to stay with friends before my wedding in Boulder. We loved this place! The property owners literally thought of everything! "Nice hotel about 15 minutes by car to downtown. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, but needed som updates. The showedrain was clogged, and even after maintenance fixed it, it was not 100%. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work and the door was jamming. The breakfast is very nice with juice, coffee an tea. You order from a menu with plenty of healthy options. The pool area is a bit dated. The staff were nice and welcoming. The cookie at arrival was delicious, and we were offered one when checking out as well, possibly to make up for the fire alarm that woke us up before 7 :)"
