"100% recommend staying here. To begin with the wow factor when we arrived, the views are amazing. Everything was spotless, nothing was too much trouble, service was amazing. Reception were so helpful with organising a boat trip, booking airport transfers etc, generally giving recommendations. Very friendly. We had the honeymoon room with hot tub and would definitely recommend. We had room 18, it was at the bottom of the steps so had nobody below us and was very private. Uninterrupted views....

"This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect for walking around the old town. As always in these ancient towns, parking can be sporting. However, here, simply drop your bags nearby or at the hotel and look for a place. We found a free parking space quite easily and it was a very busy day. Just drive around the fortress. Our room was perfect. Clean and a great shower. The owners are lovely. Restaurants nearby have the best of Cretan cooking. Highly recommend."
