"Staff and service are the reason I give five star, they made my stay a great experience "

"I’m not a native English speaker, but quite a few of the staff didn’t speak any English, (this is a 4 star hotel in the capital city of Guatemala) Ask for child bed and an electric heater during check in, waited a little over an hour until I called reception to remind them, waited another 15 minutes before I walked to reception to remind them again, after one more hour my wife, speaking Spanish, arrived and she told them again. About 10 minutes later it arrived. We ordered food to the room,...

"I felt very comfortable. I stayed 2 weeks because of work and it was a quiet and relaxing place with welcoming staff. There is a little garden and the house and furniture was in a cosy, traditional style. It is in the historic city center (zona1) close to shops, restaurants and a 10 min walk from the Plaza. The only minus is that the to blocks from the pedestrian street is kind of isolated, so i wouldnt recommend to walk alone at night. "

"The staff were professional and extremely friendly. This is the absolute best place to stay close to the airport. They have a shuttle for free which is helpful. They also packed me a complimentary box breakfast since my flight left before their resturarant"
