"Nice hotel but service was really lacking - no staff by the pool bar, no staff by the pool bar even for happy hour. We got old towels with holes in them by the pool Breakfast and rooms were good but room for improvement on the service side Restaurant and bar at the hotel was not open Location quiet and peaceful but the uphill walk from the city to the hotel is quite hard - we walked to the city and took an Uber home "

"Rigtig godt og hyggeligt sted. Vi havde et meget stort og velindrettet værelse. Delikat indrettet. Kan bestemt anbefales."

"Hvis man er lyd-sensitiv så læs: Vi boede på det smukke hotel og havde desværre en lidt dårlig nattesøvn.. Vi blev vækket fra kl. 4 til 5 om natten af høj larm fra værelset ovenpå, hvor en eller flere personer gik frem og tilbage i over en time. Hver gang der blev taget et skridt, rystede hele vores værelsesloft, mens den store lysekrone klirrede, hvilket gjorde det besværligt at sove. Derudover var alle aircondition-anlæggene placeret lige ude foran værelset, hvilket gav en konstant brummende baggrundsstøj. Udover støjen var værelset helt fint og smukt"

"Nice hotel and clean hotel. The tv in the room sidnt work so we called the reception. It tool a couple of hours rhen it was fixed :) Remember to use the bagage service at the harbor so you dont have to carry it all the way up to and from the hotel. Very friendly personal"

"Things to improve: - Reception just 4 meters from our room door, which was very noicy with people talking very loud with each other, laughing loudly etc. - Wifi not good. It sort of fluctuated up and down, making it impossible to stream a movie, play an online game and often even read a news app - and when I pointed this out to the receptionist she repeatedly said that their wifi was very good, that she had never heard this from anyone else, indicating that is was my imagination or that what I was saying was not true. They never followed up on this or asked about it afterwards - Refrigerator was barely cold, so drinks were not cold enough - Bathroom was very damp and our towels never dried because of this Positive: - Very centrally located; close to all main attractions - As it is located in old city center, taxi could not drop us of at hotel but 300 metres walk from there. A man from the hotel picked us up at the taxi drop off and walked with us to the hotel. This was very appreciated as it would have been a bit difficult to find ourselves - Air condition worked very well and was not noicy - Shower was nice with a massage shower head - Clean"
