"We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them."

"I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!"

"Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. "We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. "Amazing property in every way! Everything about our stay here was top-notch. Check-in was a breeze, the house itself is incredible (I can't say enough about how beautiful and comfortable it is), and the location is great. Property managers were easy to reach and had an incredible turnaround time. The yard alone is a sanctuary for peace and tranquility. "Nice hotel about 15 minutes by car to downtown. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, but needed som updates. The showedrain was clogged, and even after maintenance fixed it, it was not 100%. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work and the door was jamming. The breakfast is very nice with juice, coffee an tea. You order from a menu with plenty of healthy options. The pool area is a bit dated. The staff were nice and welcoming. The cookie at arrival was delicious, and we were offered one when checking out as well, possibly to make up for the fire alarm that woke us up before 7 :)"
