"Had a wonderful breakfast fixed for us"

"Meg, was an incredible host. She was friendly. The rooms were clean. She made is breakfast in the morning and"

"Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime. Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread. Would totally stay here again."

"Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder."

"I had a wonderful stay here — it’s an amazing example of how to create a comfortable, welcoming space while still honoring the beauty and history of the building. The owner gave us a full tour and shared the story behind the property, which made the experience feel even more special. The location is perfect: an easy walk to the historic theatre, great restaurants, and local shops. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with antique pieces paired with updated mattresses and...

Also, a major safety concern - a...

"Beautiful B&B ! Welcoming owner ! We would recommend for sure!"

"Nedslidt sted og meget lille værelse fyldt med møbler. Rengøringen kunne være bedre. "

"We have stayed at Rose Street B&B several times, and we always look forward to the next trip! Helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast, fabulous mountain setting."

"This place is so cute and unique. The host was super cool and welcoming. Room was clean and well stocked. I do wish the bed was a little softer, and the pillows were a little firmer. Other than that"

"Fantastic staff, quiet and clean place. Thank you for making our time here so great!"

"Very nice, historic home with old world charm. You’re able to roam the property and see the ballroom. Breakfast is made to order. Host made an exception for me as I only wanted toast with jelly and black coffee. Walking around in the neighborhood was very nice with all the old houses."
