Welcome to Terra Palms, a beautiful two bedroom beach cottage with chic, vibrant decor and beachy vibes throughout. This home is located just a short five-minute walk from the private beach access and the community amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and volleyball court. If you're looking for a peaceful vacation to the Gulf Coast, then Terra Palms is the perfect place to create memories to last a lifetime.

Guests can gather in the beautifully furnished living space with seating on a sectional sofa and chairs around the flat-screen television for a family movie night. The kitchen boasts ample counter and cabinet space and is fully stocked with all of the essentials to prepare a home-cooked meal on stainless-steel appliances. The dining room is furnished with a table and six chairs for guests to enjoy their meals together indoors or take your meal outside and enjoy the fresh air and sun while drinking your morning cup of joe.
Two bedrooms and a sunroom are furnished with beds that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom provides guests with a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a standalone shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flat-screen TV and shares a bathroom with the common area. The sunroom is the perfect space for the kids with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a television.

Terra Palms also offers guests a private laundry room, a covered patio with seating and a grill, and community amenities that the whole family can enjoy. Whether you're spending your day in the home, at the beach, or poolside, you're sure to make the best memories if you choose to stay in the beautiful Terra Palms!

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home. ​​​

*VRBO guests who cancel 30+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
