Paradise Found

Our family of 13 people enjoyed our stay at Paradise at Park Row. The house is gorgeous, the number of beds was excellent, and the pool was large and refreshing. The only thing we wished for was that it was oceanfront and on private beach as the beach was very crowded, but still a wonderful time. We will definitely return.

Corporate Retreat

My team stayed at this house for our annual corporate retreat and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and fit over 20 of us comfortably. The manager was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

This place is amazing! We had so much fun. There were so many activities to do in the house and the town is great! The kids loved it and the bikes/ golf cart were the cherry on top. LOVEEE!

Check-in was very easy. Someone greeted us and gave us some helpful tips. Kitchen was really well supplied with big pots and pans and about everything we needed. Could use a new can opener. Our big group had plenty of room and enough beds for everyone. We loved the setup of the house!

Perfect vacation home!

This house was perfect in every way: location 1/2 block to the beach, bedrooms/baths for 13 adults, hot tub and pool size were perfect for water volleyball. Only a few minor things needed to be addressed by the property manager and were taken care of immediately which was much appreciated. One of the best houses we have stayed at.

Almost cheated

Renting this property was expensive and we were almost cheated out of staying here. We made our deposit and final payments on time. But the week of our vacation we were told by Echelon’s customer representative that our reservation was not in their system and someone else had rented the property that we reserved 18 months ago. They tried to blame the mishap on Vrbo and said that they would refund the money that the representative said we didn’t pay them. Go figure! Vrbo got everything straight in the end and after a very stressful start of the week we got our house and we enjoyed our family reunion. Renters beware and make sure that you constantly check your reservation with Echelon.

Nothing worked

The both oven was broken, told us they would fix on Monday, never showed up, told us the part didn’t come in. Gave us toaster ovens that blew breakers. The deck had wood that gave the kids splinters in their feet. Air Conditioning broken in large bunk room. Had to call management because no hair dryers Or Irons Ice maker on first floor broken Pool was dirty and pool people came at 3:00 on Tuesday and told us not to swim for 3 hours. Kids couldn’t swim. Exposed hot wire on speaker rock next to pool.

Started out very rocky. Early check in was approved but code did not work. No one met us at the property. No instructions on how anything worked. I had to call Guest Services 3 times within the first 30 minutes. I paid to heat the pool, heater was broken. Both washing machines broken. I dishwasher not working. A/C stopped working twice the 2nd day. House needs some serious TLC. This house should have NEVER been rented to us....all of this being said Echelon Luxury Property Guest Services, especially Katie, were AMAZING!! Super responsive, maintenance and pool tech responded within the hour, they refunded me a portion of my fees to make me whole. House gets 1 star, ELP gets 5 stars.

Beautiful home

This is an absolutely beautiful house. Lots of room and great location. Exactly as pictured. Pool is fabulous. Golf cart and bikes are an excellent perk. Very short walk to beach which is outstanding. Could use more kitchen linens and we found the table in dining area awkward. Would be more useful with two long tables. Floors could have been cleaner upon check in, but we absolutely love the house overall. Lots of room for our 23 people. Would definitely stay again.

Indeed - it is Paradise

This house is definitely in the “wow” factor category. We had plenty of room for my daughter’s Bachlorette party. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. The deck and pool area were just what we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. The walk to the beach was direct and only a little over 5 mins. Don’t pass this one up! It was worth it!!!!

50th Birthday Celebration!

This house was perfect!! It was clean and beautiful!! It slept 20 of us comfortably with room to Spare. The shower light fell in the master bedroom and maintenance came right away to fix the issue. I most definitely will be returning to this property! Kelly thank you for being available for any questions!!

Best vacation ever!

This house was a dream! We traveled here for spring break with 7 families; 14 adults and 15 children ages 6-17. There was something to do for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. We made large breakfasts every morning and even had a seafood boil and a fish fry. There are at least 4 ice machines in the house which was perfect for packing coolers for the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The adults are all in our 40’s and 50’s and no one complained about back pain in the mornings! Outdoor areas were amazing and plentiful. Pool and hot tub were both huge. There were a couple things that weren’t perfect; one of the dryers upstairs had a sharp piece that needs fixed. Our clothes would catch on it and some items were ripped. We also had lots of splinters in feet from the wooden patios. We had some trouble with the hot tub jets. The elevator only worked for 2 days, management said they would send someone out to fix but never did. Aside from those minor issues EVERYONE had the best week of their lives. This house is absolutely beautiful. If given the chance we would all come back. Amazing job to the owners. Thanks for a fabulous week!

Most wonderful week ever!

We absolutely loved staying at this property the week of our wedding with our bridal party and their spouses. The house is beautiful, the managers were accommodating, and it was the perfect size and very comfortable for our large group. We loved the pool/spa. The upstairs kitchen has two large refrigerators, as well as one in the downstairs bar… so there was plenty of space for food and beverage storage. Also, a lot of the guests loved the use of the elevator! Thanks for a wonderful week - we would come back in a heartbeat!

The pictures does not do this place justice. It is so much more beautiful in person. The location was central to everything you need (beach, bars, food, etc.). The communication with the property manager was excellent. Don’t hesitate on booking this place, you won’t regret it!

Excellent choice!

This property is amazing. We had never been to Destin before but once we settled in, we quickly realized that this property was in a great location. Super close to the beach, shopping, dining and anything else you’d want or need. We had a few interactions with management and everything was smooth and they were attentive to any needs we had. Our only complaints are there were a few items in the home that needed repair that wasn’t mentioned or fixed upon our arrival. Not a major deal but communication would have helped. On a scale of 1-10 cleanliness upon check-in was a 7 and on a property like this it should be a 10. Lastly it is our opinion that a property of this caliber should have a few household items like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for guests. When accommodating 20+ people those items are in high demand and we expected to have them there. Other than these items, we had a great vacation and the property was great!

This home was amazing, had everything you would need for a large group. The home was gorgeous and the outside living area was great for large groups. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone and I would most definitely stay in this home again.

Wedding Week

Our experience at this property was fabulous. The layout and amenities were great and the location was perfect for old and young. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. It was unfortunate to see such a new, elaborate and beautiful house to be damaged in many areas. Many of the walls had nicks and things that you could tell had been spilt and never cleaned up. Also, the baseboards and flooring were dirty. Prior to putting stuff in cabinets, we had to wipe them out on our own and we even had guests find old French fries under their bed. The outdoor patio area had a lot of dirt, old hair ties, and sand all over. I still give the property 4 stars because it was amazing. I know if we had reached out to the property manager they would have taken care of the cleanliness, but we just lived with it. I just wanted to leave an honest review so that they can take care of this issue and hire a new cleaning agency for more guests to come. We would definitely stay again if it were in more clean shape next time.

Great Multi-Generation Family Vacation

We loved this house! We take a multi-generation family beach trip every year and this house and location is a new favorite! We were a group of 23 ranging from 1 year to 87 years. We loved the multi-level living areas inside and outside! The pool area was outstanding and well utilized by all ages. The pool area living and dining areas as well as the sound system and lighting made it a favorite hangout at the house. The pool area backs up to 3 other pools, but the house is beautifully soundproof. You could not hear the music, etc from the other houses inside. The proximity to the beach was just a short walk and we made good use of the 6-seater golf cart. We used LDV Rentals for beach chairs and umbrellas and loved everything! Ample shopping and dining were close by. We also took full advantage of Publix Instacart delivery! The kitchen was fantastic with two dishwashers and two refrigerators and a generous walk-in pantry! The kitchen was well appointed except for knives. It could use a cutlery block with a full compliment of knives. We loved the whole-house speaker system that was easily controlled by anyone's cell phone! We had a great experience with the management staff, but some written instructions/signs about the sound system, pool alarm and elevator would have been very helpful. We have a couple of things to warn future vacationers about: 1. Even though the bedrooms are spread out over 3 floors, sound really travels throughout all levels of this house so light sleepers should bring a sound machine. The quietest rooms were the 3rd floor master suites. 2. We had a scary pool experience that prompts me to advise future vacationers with young children to practice these safety precautions: Have ALL non-swimmers wear flotation devices at all times in the pool area no matter what is happening AND always designate a specific adult to have eyes on a specific child so that no child can go in the pool unnoticed. These simple safety precautions would have prevented the near-drowning we experienced. Thankfully our precious toddler is fine! All in all we had an amazing beach vacation and plan to go back again next year!

Annual Chaney-Lowery vacation

Wish they had 10 stars. We have been coming to Destin for past 3 years and this house by far was the BEST!!. Huge MODERN, Every luxury you would ever need. Kelly was extremely helpful, always followed up. Issues super minor. The beds were super comfortable, fine linens. The kitchen was a cooks dream come true. Multiple spaces for entertainment and the pool is huge. Definitely staying here next year. Thanks for allowing your home to be ours for the week💗💗💗💗

Fantastic Home

Highly recommend! This home was the perfect home for our family vacation. We had seven families and each family had their own space. The home was absolutely beautiful and was a very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The only issue is the parking. The listing indicates there is parking for 8 cars, but one side of the garage had a golf cart in it that was not included with the rental. When I called and asked if they could move I was told there was no where to move the golf cart so it had to remain in the garage. At the price of the rental the golf cart should be included. And had we know there was one on site we would not have rented another cart taking up more space.

Family Getaway to the beach

The property was perfect for our group of 6 adult couples and our four year old grandson. Each couple had their own bedroom with ensuite bath. The property manager Kelly was wonderful and responded to all our needs day or night. Short walk to the beach and shopping areas.
