MY TY … as refreshing as the cocktail of the same name, this three-story luxury rental is in the Destiny by the Sea gated community along Destin’s pristine Gulf Coast. It’s just steps away from private beach access, and the property owners have thoughtfully provided for all your beach necessities with chairs, coolers, and even four bicycles for your touring enjoyment.

This property is excellent for family reunions and large groups as it has 7 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, and Sleeps 19.

On the first floor, once you pass through the elegant entry, there are one king and two queen bedrooms with two full baths. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. There’s also a convenient laundry area, wet bar, mini refrigerator, and coffee pot. All bathrooms in this home include hair driers, full-length mirrors. The first floor has a private patio, pool, and hot tub, ideal for relaxing. There’s also an outside shower.

The second floor, accessible by a convenient elevator or stairs, provides a cozy living area, so everyone can congregate around the TV or plan their day. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. There is a game table, dining area, and stools at the kitchen counter so no one will feel left out during meal prep. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the amenities of home! A handy ice machine, top-of-the-line appliances, plus a gas grill make cooking a pleasure. There’s also a convenient half bath on this level and an ample balcony to enjoy views of the Gulf. This floor also includes a primary king suite.

The third-story landing leads to two primary king suites. There’s a common area with a wet bar, mini fridge, coffee pot, and TV. The sofa in this area makes into a queen sleeper. An adjoining bunk room sleeps five comfortably. The north suite is a duplicate of the second-floor suite with all the same amenities, including a balcony. However, the executive king suite on this level would be coveted because of its large walk-in shower, spa tub, and large vanity area. Also, the suite has its own private wrap-around balcony complete with seating and tables where guests can capture the majestic sunrises and sunsets so exceptional in this area.

The Destiny by the Sea community offers options for shopping and dining. However, My Ty is such an all-inclusive property you may not want to venture far from its extravagant living arrangements.

About the Community:

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, a premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as pristine beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Wide walking and bike paths add to the ambiance of touring the area. Enjoy the lavish community pool and hot tub.

This area of Northwest Florida is proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. For your safety, be sure to be aware of the Flag Warning System, which is also accessible by text.
