- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not mail packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- No Pets Allowed
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, Dawn dish soap, and kitchen dish towels, etc. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, cookware, bakeware, plates, cups, silverware, and a traditional drip coffee maker.
- Grills: 2 community natural gas grills available at the pool area.

Good Neighbor Policy:
Guests are expected to maintain the home in its original condition. Any damages will be the responsibility of the guest. This is a family-oriented neighborhood; excessive noise, disturbances, large parties, and unauthorized events are prohibited and may result in eviction and forfeiture of deposits.

Restrictions

- No Pets Allowed.
- No Smoking: In the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, or common areas.
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms
- No Tents or Canopies: These are not allowed on the beach per the City of Destin regulations
- Garage: Not available for guest use.
- Parking: No street or right-of-way parking, prohibited by the City of Destin; fines are the guest's responsibility.
- No Boats, RVs, Trailers, or Large Vehicles: Prohibited by the City of Destin.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or booking may be canceled without refund.
