Please be aware that the Emerald Grande complex is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project, mainly affecting the West Tower and complex amenities. Occupants may experience workers outside their units and excessive noise during business hours, depending on the location of the work and unit. Access to the pool deck will remain available through the Northeast entrance located closest to the indoor pool, as well as the entrances located at the South ends of the Grande View hallways. The outdoor bar will also be closed while work is ongoing on the amenities building. The outdoor pool and hot tubs will remain open; however, portions of the pool deck will be closed due to construction and scaffolding.
