Welcome to Sunkissed and Salty! A cheerful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach retreat tucked into the quiet, charming neighborhood of Crystal Beach Cottages. Just a short walk to the emerald Gulf waters and steps to a sparkling community pool, this dog-friendly home invites your whole crew (pups included!) to relax and unwind in true coastal comfort.

Inside, you'll find fresh flooring, new paint, and a welcoming layout designed with vacation in mind. The main house includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of triple bunks, all equipped with black out curtains — perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day at the beach.

For added flexibility and a little extra privacy, the fourth bedroom is located above the garage with a separate exterior entrance. This cozy suite features a sleeper sofa, full bath, and is a great option for teens, late sleepers, or anyone who appreciates a little independence while still being part of the fun. (Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests.)

Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, spending long days at the beach, or exploring Destin's dining and shopping scene, Sunkissed and Salty offers an affordable, comfortable home base for your next getaway.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This home is pet friendly for 1 dog up to 50 lbs or 2 dogs up to 25 lbs each with paid pet fee (please inquire before booking) and up to date shot record are welcome to stay at Sunkissed and Salty.

The fourth bedroom above the garage is only accessible through an exterior entrance. It is not accessible through the house.

This home comes with 4 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
