Incidentals Hold: $700 (released at checkout)
Mail & Deliveries: Do not ship packages to the property; mail forwarding is active and delivery is not guaranteed

Check-Out: 9:00 AM CDT
Parking: Space for 2 standard-size vehicles; no overflow parking
No Pets Allowed
Signed Rental Agreement Required: Failure to sign may result in cancellation without refund
Amenity Starter Pack: 5 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, trash bags — enough for the first night only
Resort Amenities: Private beach access, tennis courts, large community pool, and community grills

Guest Suite: Queen bed + private en-suite bathroom
Bunk Room: Four twin-size bunk beds
Shared Bedroom: King bed + queen bed (great for groups comfortable sharing space)
Bathroom: Jack-and-Jill layout shared between the bunk room and shared bedroom

Ground Level
Bonus Living Unit: Fully functional space with queen bed, full kitchenette, sofa, and dining table for 2 Perfect for multigenerational families or guests wanting extra privacy.
