The Space:
Dreaming of a Destin vacay that makes you feel right at home with a touch of a coastal vibe? We know that everyone needs a touch of getaway "zen" in their life! Cobia Casita has it all. Our split 6 bedroom layout includes two homes (yes, two!) and means you can bring the whole family, yet still enjoy your own space. Kick your feet up and lounge in our multiple living areas, indulge in some popcorn & a movie on the back patio, sip some sweet tea while swinging and people watching out front, or take a dip in the pool oasis right out the back door. The possibilities are endless, and a little something for everyone. We're so excited to show you coastal living at its finest. You belong at Cobia Casita!
Amenities for a Perfect Stay:
• Rent a six passenger golf cart, we offer fantastic rates! Cruise to the beach, shopping, or just a joy ride!
• Two full kitchens, three living areas (one with a bonus murphy bed in the front home), and spacious rooms throughout.
• Smart TVs with YouTube TV and fast fiber Wi-Fi.
• A two home layout each offering three bedrooms for personalized comfort.
• Plenty of parking (a rare commodity in Crystal Beach) and even room for RV parking (& a hookup/EV charger port)
• An outdoor oasis with a luxury pool, spill over spa, outdoor sofa area with SmartTV, propane grill, and a fully fenced yard.

FRONT HOME (all one story, with wide hallways):

These two rooms share a hallway bathroom, with a tub, shower, toilet room-the vanity & sink is a separate space making it easy to get ready!

The kitchen, living and dining area are located toward the back of the home, with an open concept to enjoy post-beach day meals at the breakfast bar for four, and dining table for six. The chef in the group is going to love our Frigidaire Gallery appliances, fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, and a variety of small appliances.
We know your day doesn't start without a cup of Joe, so we have a standard coffee pot & Keurig.
The laundry area is right off the kitchen, and has a great pantry for your groceries & a bonus fridge!
BACK HOME (two story, behind the main home, next to the pool):
Enjoy a separate living room and a second full kitchen here. Super modern & brand new, with everything you'll need!

One additional bathroom is located on the second floor, between the two king bedrooms with a walk in shower, toilet, and vanity.
TINY TRAVELERS
We know packing for the kiddos means bringing everything but the kitchen sink. That's why we lighten your load a bit by providing children’s dishes, a pack and play, baby gate, & high chair. No need to request these items, they're always at the home and ready for guest use.
Guest Access:
Cobia Casita is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs.
• Golf cart is available for rent during your stay, please inquire for pricing for your stay. Cart is not available those 25y or younger at any time.
• Pool heating pricing varies, inquire for rates for your stay! Please give us a 24-hour notice for pool heating so we can get it just right prior to your arrival.
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Checkout: 10:00 AM
PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! :)
Interaction with Guests:
We are LOCAL & always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through your booking channel so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze.
