This comfortable 1,300-square-foot waterfront cottage offers a unique studio-with-loft design, perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, an open-concept living area, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.



The main living area includes a king-size bed, while a loft accessed by ladder offers a queen-size bed and a built-in alcove with two twin mattresses, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.



The property includes two full bathrooms: a main bathroom with a walk-in shower located inside the cottage and a second full bathroom conveniently situated just outside. Guests can enjoy beautiful waterfront views, private dock access, and an inviting outdoor area ideal for relaxing and taking in the scenery.
