When it's time to unwind outdoors, head to the spacious second-floor balconies to take in stunning sunsets and the coastal breeze. Don't forget your swimsuit because guests have access to a shared swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.

The first primary suite is located straight down the hall from the front door and offers a spacious retreat with additional seating and a private en suite bathroom featuring double vanities, a tub, and a separate shower. Upstairs, just beyond the cozy lounge area, you'll find the second bedroom with its own private balcony access. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located nearby.

At the end of the hallway are the final two bedrooms. To the left is a charming bunk room with a playful fish theme that is perfect for kids. Next door, the fourth bedroom showcases a large bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay.

Things To Know:

Beach Shuttle: Available seasonally (March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Memorial Day- October).

Pool Heat Schedule: March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The pool heat schedule is determined by the HOA and is subject to change.

Parking: Parking permitted in driveway only. 2 vehicles can easily fit in the driveway. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RVs, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jet skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned), nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in the street. If overflow parking is not available the vehicle owner will need to find arrangements to park the vehicle off site.

All properties are for family rentals only. No properties will be rented to vacationing students or adults under the age of 25 who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.
