This thoughtfully renovated Scandinavian-inspired home blends modern comfort with a quiet residential setting just minutes from downtown, major hospitals, corporate offices, shopping, dining, and interstate access.

With four queen beds, multiple living spaces, dedicated workspace, fast fiber internet, and a fully equipped kitchen, guests have everything needed for both short visits and extended stays.

While the home accommodates up to 8 guests, it is most comfortable for 4 to 6 adults. We are not an event or party house, making The Dahl House an excellent choice for guests seeking a peaceful, well-maintained home.

Extended stays are always welcome.

A $125 pet fee applies per visit. Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs welcome. We do ask that dogs are crated when left home alone.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy private access to the entire home.

Included:
• Self check-in
• Driveway parking for up to three vehicles
• Smart lock entry

The attached garage and one locked storage closet remain reserved for owner use.

Maximum overnight occupancy: 8 guests total, including children. No unregistered overnight guests permitted without prior host approval.

Two exterior security cameras monitor the front entry/driveway and rear entry. Outward facing only, no interior cameras. A Minut device monitors noise levels and smoke only; no audio or video recording inside the home.
