"Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well."

"This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places"

"I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect"

"Clean rooms. Friendly host"

"Positives: the place was clean, and generally well appointed. Felt comfortably large for a studio apartment. The bathroom had been updated with marble floor and wall tiles and new fixtures. New fridge, small microwave and an old gas stove. It was warm but we could open the windows. We found several good places to eat within easy walking distance. Cons: Beware - This is a FOURTH FLOOR WALK UP! It was a bear to get our large luggage up all those stairs! Other small stuff: no washcloths, only...

"First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year."

"Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!"

"It was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you."

"AVOID! I arrived on Sep 25 for a 2-night stay on a cold and rainy night. The entry code did not work and it took 2 hours to get the right one. Within 30 minutes, one curtain rod collapsed and the alarm began beeping every minute to indicate a low battery. After communicating repeatedly with the host, she said she could not fix anything until the following day. Due to the fire alarm chirping every minute, I left and got a hotel. I asked for a refund, but the host refused. Then, on Sep 29, the...

"Pros: had a wonderful stay at this location. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping, 3 miles from exit 15 on I-84. Very comfortable and large space, really comfortable bed. As my stay was over 30 days, I wanted a full kitchen and I got that. Property management very responsive and helpful!Cons: air conditioners were still in the windows allowing frigid air in. Once they were finally removed it became immediately warmer. Partly my fault for not asking sooner. Also, not enough towels for...

"Very old house, but clean, cozy and nice location for visiting Yale."
