"Pleasant staff. Great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean, quite great towels and sheets. We eat at Ajax, that was bit disappointing because we had heard from locals it was good. In fairness they were about to close in 30 minutes we were the only ones there. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything food, trains , bike trails. Would stay again"

When I explained to them that it’s a free upgrade of possible, then he said “oh yes , but unfortunately we are fully booked and it’s not possible” .
